CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Rose Gold Boutique LLC specializes in custom clothing and personalized fashion items. Because our products are made specifically for each customer, the following policies apply to all custom orders.
1. ORDER APPROVAL
By placing a custom order with Rose Gold Boutique LLC, you confirm that all design details, sizes, colors, and personalization information provided are accurate. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing their purchase.
2. PRODUCTION TIME
All custom items are made to order. Production time typically ranges between 7–14 business days before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, or material availability.
3. ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before placing your order.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing and products, all custom orders are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact Rose Gold Boutique LLC within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and determine a resolution.
6. COLOR AND DESIGN VARIATIONS
Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, fabric variations, or printing methods. Minor variations between the digital design and the final product are normal and not considered defects.
7. CUSTOMER PROVIDED DESIGNS
If a customer submits logos, images, or design materials, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use those materials. Rose Gold Boutique LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided designs.
8. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
By placing a custom order, customers agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for products that were delivered as described. Rose Gold Boutique LLC reserves the right to provide order documentation, design approvals, communication history, and delivery confirmation to dispute any claims.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Rose Gold Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion if we believe the request violates our policies or applicable laws.
