2. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM ORDERS  

Rose Gold Boutique LLC offers custom clothing and other fashion-related products. Because many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, design, or materials may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS  

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.

4. SALES TAX  

Rose Gold Boutique LLC operates in Suffolk County, New York and complies with applicable New York State and local sales tax laws. Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law. The appropriate New York and Suffolk County sales tax rate will be calculated and added to your order during checkout. Processing times for custom orders may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Rose Gold Boutique LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS  

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. CUSTOM ORDERS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES  

By placing a custom order with Rose Gold Boutique LLC, you acknowledge that the item is being specifically created according to your request. Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims through their bank or payment provider for custom items that were delivered as described. In the event of a chargeback attempt, Rose Gold Boutique LLC reserves the right to provide order records, design approvals, communication history, and shipping confirmation to the payment processor to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
